Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward email messages from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just select the email account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
