Just select the file that you want to upload from your PC and then drag it into your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop computer. What's more, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk drive by pushing the Download button.

With the File Manager, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one single click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can update your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, preview the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager GUI, you will be able to pack and extract all types of files. It does work remarkably fast - simply select the files you wish to pack and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive to a specified folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you actually do not need any third-party software in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually appear on your site. Additionally, you will find several built-in file editors, which will grant you full command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more competent individuals, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
